These are ANF Immobilier’s three areas of engagement. A commitment explained by the location of
its property assets in the heart of downtown areas. And a positioning enhanced by a partnership
with major regional cities.
Commitments and actions
ANF Immobilier is constantly working to better its CSR agenda. The real estate investment trust renews the
environmental certification policy of its projects with the objective of obtaining the highest levels of certification
(HQE Very Good, BREEAM, energy efficiency certifications). The real estate investment trust also contributes to
the emergence of new quarters such as the Carré de Soie in Lyon, Les Bassins à Flot or Euratlantique in Bordeaux.
Lastly, it stimulates the renewal of iconic areas such as Le Castel near the Place de la Joliette or
the new Vélodrome in Marseille. Always with the objective of combining different types of properties:
offices, housing, hotels, retail space.
Involvement at all levels
The CSR agenda is a fact of life for ANF Immobilier. Each year, employees take part in an “active solidarity day”.
They are also invited to sign up to an internal code of professional conduct. Many of them sponsor people in
long-term unemployment through a partnership with the CREPI, a network of regional corporate clubs committed
to promoting vocational integration. More generally, ANF Immobilier optimizes its sustainable procurement policy
in line with its membership of the United Nations Global Compact.
A CSR Steering Committee
To create a new dynamic, ramp up its program of actions and incite the engagement of more suppliers
and sub-contractors, the real estate investment trust has set up a CSR Steering Committee. It has established
a three-year action plan up to 2018. Indicators have been designed to measure the environmental and
societal footprint of ANF Immobilier’s activities. An internal ethics charter drafted in 2015 lays down its
commitments with regard to the company’s sphere of influence and employees.
